|Combine olive oil and garlic in a bowl and let sit for 30 minutes to one hour to allow garlic to permeate oil.|
|While oil and garlic are combining arrange sliced bread on cookie sheet in a single layer.|
|Lay out sliced tomatoes and cucumber on cutting board or counter and season with sea salt and pepper to taste.|
|Lightly brush bread with oil and garlic mixture.|
|Lay slices of cucumber on bread, top with tomato, salmon, eggs and sprinkle capers on top. Season with a touch more pepper (capers have plenty of salt, so be careful not to over salt).|
For a crispier bread, brush with oil and garlic mixture and bake at 325°F for 5-10 minutes.
