Mr. Oguro clipped this recipe from the newspaper. While easy enough to make for a weeknight, Colin and Carm usually make this on the weekends right after they get fresh scallops from the market.
|Combine scallops, lime and lemon juices, chilies, cilantro and red pepper. Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours.|
|Serve with tostadas or tortilla chips.|
