Slow-Roasted King Salmon

2 5oz Local King Salmon
skin off
Salt
4 slivers Organic Butter

Perfectly cooked, succulent, and most salmon. All you need is phenomenal salmon, butter, salt, and parchment paper.

Heat oven to 300 degrees

Season salmon with a sprinkle of Salt

Spread butter on parchment paper.

On sheet tray, sandwich each piece of fish between parchment papers.

When the oven is at 300 degrees, cook salmon for 10 minutes. It may look "raw," that's just even cooking and the heat protection of the parchment paper.
